Although this year’s Feast will not be celebrated in the usual manner, the Our Lady of the Lily Musical Society is launching an appeal to all members and supporters encouraging them to decorate their homes with poles, flags blue lightings and also images of Our Lady of the Lily in windows and balconies.
Feature that gives a look to the merry making during the traditional midday march of the Feast of Our Lady of the Lily 2008. The footage shows the best part of the much awaited Friday March of the Feast of Our Lady of the Lily 2008. With the participation of the village’s first Band, a focal point of this event was the inauguration of the artistic umbrella, by the Our Lady of the Lily Youth Section depicting four original paintings taken from the Litany of Loreto, by local artist and supporter Mr Rosario Zammit.
Today marks one month till the Feast of Our Lady of the Lilies, We have prepared for you a commemorative feature portraying some of the best memories from previous feasts. During this difficult moment this feature will motivate us, to look forward for the coming years.
On the occasion of one month away from the Feast day of Our Lady of the Lily 2020, we are posting the Marian song “Fil-Ħlewwa ta’ Mejju”, individually recorded by the musicians within the Our Lady of the Lily Band.

With reference to the communiqué issued Tuesday 19 May 2020 by the Ministry for Tourism and Public Protection where the Clubs’ bar can reopen as from Friday 22 May 2020, the Administrative Committee of the Our Lady of the Lily Musical Society of Mqabba would like to inform Members and Supporters that for the time being, the Bar and the Club will be kept closed due to ongoing renovation work in the main Square of Mqabba.
